When Dallas College unified into a single institution in 2020, we saw an opportunity to do more than consolidate social media accounts. We set out to build a connected digital community that reflected the voice, culture and impact of a new Dallas College.
My team led the transformation of more than 30 social media accounts across multiple platforms into a cohesive brand experience that today reaches nearly 250,000 followers. What began as a complex organizational transition evolved into one of the institution's most visible and influential communication channels.
Guided by a content strategy built around education, engagement and storytelling, we create content that informs, inspires and connects. From student success stories and campus life to workforce impact and community partnerships, our social channels showcase the people and experiences that define Dallas College.
Every post serves a purpose. We use authentic storytelling, strategic photography and audience insights to help students see themselves in our institution, strengthen connections with our community and reinforce the value of a Dallas College education.
